Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 18 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Flight Path Promotions website and your purchase, booking and attendance at events promoted, organised or supplied by Flightpath Promotions Limited.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or purchasing tickets. By using our website, purchasing or obtaining a ticket, registering for an event, or attending one of our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer which cannot legally be excluded or limited.

1. Who We Are

Flightpath Promotions Limited, trading as Flight Path Promotions (“Flight Path Promotions”, “we”, “us” or “our”), promotes and delivers live darts events, exhibitions, entertainment experiences, VIP packages and related services in the United Kingdom.

Company name: Flightpath Promotions Limited
Company number: 17310505
Registered office: Osborne House, 143–145 Stanwell Road, Ashford, Middlesex, TW15 3QN
Email: info@flightpath-promotions.com

2. About These Terms

These Terms apply to:

  • your use of our website;
  • tickets purchased for events promoted or organised by us;
  • complimentary or promotional tickets where applicable;
  • VIP, hospitality, meet-and-greet or similar event packages;
  • table and group bookings;
  • merchandise or other event-related products where expressly stated;
  • communications and enquiries made through our website; and
  • your attendance at our events.

Individual events may also be subject to additional event-specific conditions, venue rules, age restrictions, security requirements or ticketing-platform terms.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and specific conditions clearly stated on an event booking page, the event-specific conditions will apply to that event to the extent of the conflict.

3. Ticketing Through Eventbrite and Other Third Parties

We may use Eventbrite or another third-party ticketing provider to advertise events, process bookings, issue tickets, collect payment or provide related ticketing services.

Where you purchase a ticket for an event organised by Flightpath Promotions Limited through Eventbrite, your contract for attendance at the event is with Flightpath Promotions Limited, while Eventbrite provides the ticketing and/or payment platform subject to its own applicable terms.

When you purchase a ticket through Eventbrite, your use of Eventbrite’s website, systems and payment services will also be subject to Eventbrite’s applicable terms, policies and privacy notices.

Eventbrite is a separate business from Flightpath Promotions Limited.

Where another ticketing provider is used, that provider’s applicable terms may similarly apply.

You should review any third-party ticketing terms presented to you during the booking process.

4. Making a Booking

By placing an order for a ticket, you confirm that:

  • the information you provide is complete and accurate;
  • you are legally capable of entering into a contract;
  • you are authorised to use the payment method supplied;
  • you meet any minimum age requirement stated for the event; and
  • you agree to these Terms and any event-specific conditions displayed before purchase.

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and a booking or ticket confirmation has been issued.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where we reasonably believe that:

  • payment has not been authorised;
  • the booking is fraudulent;
  • incorrect pricing has been displayed as a result of an obvious error;
  • tickets have been obtained in breach of a ticket limit;
  • tickets are being purchased for prohibited resale;
  • the purchaser has breached these Terms; or
  • cancellation is reasonably necessary to protect the event, attendees, performers, venue or our business.

Where we cancel a valid paid booking and you are entitled to reimbursement, we will arrange the appropriate refund in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

5. Ticket Prices and Fees

The price payable for a ticket will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Additional charges may apply, including booking fees, transaction fees, ticketing-platform fees or other clearly disclosed charges.

Where Eventbrite or another third-party ticketing platform charges its own fees, those fees may be governed by that provider’s terms.

You will be shown the total price payable before completing your order.

We may change ticket prices at any time before purchase. A change in price after you have completed a confirmed booking will not normally affect the price you have already paid.

Obvious pricing errors do not bind us. If we discover an obvious error after an order has been placed, we may contact you to offer the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling the booking for a refund.

6. Tickets

Tickets may be supplied electronically, through a mobile application, by email or in another format specified during the booking process.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • you provide a correct email address and contact information;
  • you can access your ticket before arriving at the event;
  • the barcode, QR code or other ticket identifier remains readable; and
  • your ticket is not copied, shared or otherwise used without authorisation.

A ticket may only be used once unless expressly stated otherwise.

We may refuse admission where a ticket:

  • is counterfeit;
  • has already been scanned or used;
  • has been cancelled;
  • has been obtained fraudulently;
  • has been unlawfully resold; or
  • cannot reasonably be verified.

7. Group and Table Bookings

Where a person books a table, group package or multiple tickets, the person making the booking will be treated as the lead purchaser.

The lead purchaser is responsible for:

  • providing accurate booking information;
  • providing relevant event information and these Terms to members of their party;
  • ensuring that members of their party are aware of any age restrictions, arrival times or venue requirements; and
  • communicating material event updates received from us or the ticketing provider to their party.

Each individual attendee remains responsible for complying with these Terms and all applicable event and venue rules.

8. Ticket Resale and Transfer

Tickets are intended for personal use unless otherwise stated.

You must not knowingly:

  • resell tickets in breach of applicable law;
  • advertise tickets using misleading information;
  • sell tickets as part of an unauthorised commercial package;
  • use automated software or other systems to purchase tickets in bulk;
  • purchase tickets primarily for commercial resale; or
  • alter, reproduce or counterfeit a ticket.

Where ticket transfers or authorised resale are available through Eventbrite or another approved ticketing service, you should use the official functionality provided.

We reserve the right, where lawful and reasonable, to cancel tickets obtained or resold in material breach of these Terms.

Nothing in this section limits any rights relating to ticket resale that you may have under applicable law.

9. Refunds and Your Right to Cancel

Unless an event-specific refund policy states otherwise, tickets are generally non-refundable where you simply change your mind or can no longer attend.

Tickets for leisure activities taking place on a specified date or during a specified period are generally excluded from the usual statutory 14-day cancellation right applying to many online consumer contracts.

This means that purchasing a ticket for a scheduled live event will not normally give you an automatic 14-day cooling-off period.

This does not affect your rights where:

  • an event is cancelled;
  • an event is not provided as agreed;
  • an event is materially changed in circumstances where applicable law entitles you to a remedy;
  • a refund is expressly offered under the event-specific refund policy; or
  • you otherwise have a statutory right to a refund.

Where an Eventbrite booking is involved, any refund may also be administered in accordance with Eventbrite’s applicable procedures and organiser refund requirements.

We aim to provide an initial response to a valid refund request within five business days.

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method unless another method is agreed or required by the applicable ticketing provider.

10. Event Cancellation

If we cancel an event and it does not take place, ticket holders will normally be entitled to a refund of the ticket price and those fees which are refundable under the applicable ticketing arrangements.

We will use reasonable efforts to inform affected ticket holders using the contact information available to us or through the applicable ticketing platform.

Unless required by law, we will not normally be responsible for separate expenditure you have incurred in connection with attending the event, such as:

  • travel;
  • accommodation;
  • meals;
  • parking;
  • childcare; or
  • other incidental costs.

You should therefore consider making refundable or flexible travel and accommodation arrangements where appropriate.

Nothing in this section excludes liability which cannot legally be excluded.

11. Postponed or Rescheduled Events

We may occasionally need to postpone or reschedule an event.

Where an event is rescheduled, your existing ticket will normally remain valid for the replacement date unless we tell you otherwise.

We will provide information about your options once replacement arrangements are confirmed.

Where an event booked through Eventbrite is postponed and is not rescheduled within 90 days of the postponement, we will provide a refund where required under the applicable Eventbrite organiser refund requirements.

Where a replacement date is announced, any additional refund rights or deadlines will be communicated to affected ticket holders.

12. Changes to Events, Players, Performers and Timings

Live events are subject to circumstances which may change after tickets go on sale.

Advertised players, performers, guests, hosts, running orders, match formats, event timings, supporting acts, activities and attractions may therefore be changed where reasonably necessary.

A change to an individual player, performer, guest, schedule or running order will not automatically entitle you to a refund where the overall event still takes place substantially as advertised.

However, if a change fundamentally alters the nature of the event, we will consider any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law and any event-specific refund policy.

We will try to communicate significant changes as soon as reasonably practicable.

Attendees should check the relevant event page and any pre-event communications for confirmed door times, VIP arrival times, show times and other event information before travelling.

13. VIP, Hospitality and Meet-and-Greet Packages

Some events may offer VIP tickets, hospitality, meet-and-greet opportunities, VIP tables or other enhanced experiences.

The contents of each package will be described on the relevant event or booking page.

Unless explicitly guaranteed as part of the package, specific timings, players, performers, autograph opportunities, photography arrangements or the duration of a meet-and-greet may be subject to reasonable change.

VIP and hospitality ticket holders may be required to arrive earlier than general admission ticket holders.

Failure to arrive by a stated VIP registration or meet-and-greet time may result in part of the package being missed.

Where the relevant service was available as advertised but you arrived late, we will not normally be obliged to refund the missed element.

14. Event Admission

Entry is subject to:

  • possession of a valid ticket;
  • these Terms;
  • event-specific conditions;
  • venue terms and conditions;
  • applicable age restrictions;
  • security requirements; and
  • reasonable instructions given by venue or event staff.

We and the venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove a person where it is reasonable to do so for safety, security, legal or behavioural reasons.

This may include circumstances involving:

  • abusive, threatening or violent behaviour;
  • harassment or discrimination;
  • intoxication;
  • possession of prohibited substances;
  • possession of weapons or dangerous items;
  • deliberate damage to property;
  • disruption of the event;
  • unauthorised access to restricted areas;
  • failure to comply with reasonable safety instructions; or
  • conduct which puts another person at risk.

Where admission is reasonably refused or a person is removed because of their own misconduct, a refund will not normally be payable.

15. Age Restrictions and Children

Age restrictions may vary between events and venues.

Any specific restriction will be stated where reasonably practicable on the relevant event or ticket page.

For example, certain events may permit attendees aged 8–15 only when accompanied by a parent or guardian, while other events or venues may impose different restrictions.

Valid photographic identification may also be required for entry.

Children and young people may be required to attend with a responsible adult.

It is your responsibility to check the applicable age and identification requirements before purchasing tickets and again before attending the event.

Where specific age or identification requirements are displayed on an event page, those requirements will apply to that event.

If admission is refused because an attendee does not meet a clearly stated age restriction or identification requirement, a refund will not normally be payable.

16. Accessibility

We want our events and online services to be accessible to as many people as reasonably possible.

Information about the accessibility of our website is provided in our separate Accessibility Statement.

Accessibility arrangements for individual venues may differ.

If you require accessible seating, wheelchair space, companion arrangements or another reasonable adjustment, please contact us or the relevant venue before booking wherever possible.

Some accessibility requirements may need to be arranged directly with the venue.

For enquiries, contact:

info@flightpath-promotions.com

17. Health and Safety

You must follow reasonable health, safety and security instructions issued by us, venue staff, security personnel or emergency services.

Certain events may involve:

  • loud music or crowd noise;
  • flashing or moving lights;
  • pyrotechnics or special effects;
  • crowded environments; or
  • other features commonly associated with live sporting and entertainment events.

If you have a medical condition which could be affected by an event environment, you should consider whether attending is suitable for you and contact us or the venue in advance if you require further information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes our legal duties relating to health and safety.

18. Photography, Filming and Recording

Photography or personal recording may be permitted at certain events subject to venue rules.

Professional photography, filming, live streaming, commercial recording or use of professional recording equipment may require prior written permission.

You must not record an event in a way which:

  • infringes another person’s rights;
  • obstructs another attendee’s view;
  • causes disruption;
  • breaches venue rules; or
  • is intended for unauthorised commercial exploitation.

We may photograph or film our events for promotional, editorial, archival, operational or security purposes.

Images or footage may also be displayed during an event, including on venue screens.

Where we use identifiable images or footage of attendees, we will do so in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Where appropriate, signage or other notices may be displayed at events where filming or photography is taking place.

19. Personal Property

You remain responsible for your personal belongings when attending an event.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings unless it results from our negligence or another matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any lost-property arrangements may be administered by the venue.

20. Prohibited Items

Individual venues may impose restrictions on items brought into an event.

Prohibited items may include, depending on the venue:

  • weapons;
  • illegal substances;
  • glass containers;
  • fireworks;
  • laser devices;
  • professional recording equipment;
  • large bags;
  • outside food or drink; or
  • any item reasonably considered dangerous or disruptive.

You should check the relevant venue rules before travelling.

Security personnel may conduct lawful and reasonable security checks as a condition of entry.

21. Food, Drink and Venue Facilities

Where food, drink, bars, parking or other facilities are advertised for a particular event, these may be operated by the venue or another third-party supplier.

Availability, opening times, product ranges and prices may therefore be outside our direct control.

Unless expressly included as part of a paid ticket package, the availability of food, drink or other venue facilities does not form a guaranteed part of your ticket entitlement.

22. Merchandise

Where merchandise is sold directly by us, any applicable product-specific terms will be provided at the point of sale.

Your statutory rights relating to goods are unaffected.

Merchandise purchased from a third-party seller may instead be subject to that seller’s terms.

23. Website Use

You may use our website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • use the website fraudulently or unlawfully;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, servers or systems;
  • introduce viruses, malware or other harmful technology;
  • scrape, harvest or extract website information using automated methods without permission;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the website;
  • impersonate another person;
  • submit false or misleading information;
  • use our content for unauthorised commercial purposes; or
  • infringe our intellectual-property rights or those of another person.

We may restrict or suspend access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect our systems, users or legal rights.

24. Website Availability and Information

We aim to keep our website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may temporarily suspend or restrict the website for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons.

Event information is provided in good faith and may change.

If there is a discrepancy between general promotional content and information shown on a detailed event or booking page, you should contact us if clarification is required before purchasing.

Before travelling to an event, attendees should check their booking information and any recent communications from us or the ticketing provider for the latest confirmed details.

25. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services including Eventbrite, venues, sponsors, social-media platforms and other service providers.

Those websites are operated independently of Flightpath Promotions Limited.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or practices of third-party websites merely because we link to them.

Your use of a third-party website is subject to that provider’s own terms and policies.

26. Privacy and Cookies

Our collection and use of personal information is explained in our separate Privacy Policy.

Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in our separate Cookie Policy.

Information relating to accessibility is contained in our separate Accessibility Statement.

These policies are maintained separately so that they can be updated as appropriate.

When you purchase a ticket through Eventbrite or another third-party ticketing service, that provider may separately process your personal information in accordance with its own privacy notice.

27. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, our website and its contents, including:

  • text;
  • graphics;
  • photographs;
  • videos;
  • logos;
  • designs;
  • layout;
  • branding; and
  • promotional materials

are owned by, licensed to or used with permission by Flightpath Promotions Limited.

You may view and use our website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Names, images, trademarks and other intellectual property relating to players, performers, venues, sponsors or third parties may belong to their respective owners.

28. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

Sometimes an event may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include:

  • extreme weather;
  • flooding;
  • fire;
  • epidemic or pandemic;
  • government restrictions;
  • national mourning;
  • civil emergency;
  • industrial action;
  • transport disruption;
  • venue closure;
  • power failure;
  • security threats;
  • terrorism;
  • serious illness or incapacity of essential performers;
  • failure of critical third-party infrastructure; or
  • other circumstances which we could not reasonably prevent.

Where such circumstances affect an event, we may need to cancel, postpone, relocate, shorten or materially adjust the event.

We will act reasonably and communicate the available arrangements to ticket holders.

Any right to a refund will be determined by applicable law, the circumstances involved and the relevant ticket or refund policy.

29. Our Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
  • any other liability which cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses which are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses which were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Where you purchase a ticket as a consumer for personal use, we are not responsible for business losses including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or anticipated savings.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

30. Your Responsibility for Other Ticket Holders

If you purchase tickets on behalf of another person, you should ensure that they are made aware of these Terms and any applicable event-specific conditions.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide on behalf of another attendee is accurate and that you have authority to provide it where necessary.

Each attendee remains personally responsible for complying with event and venue rules.

31. Sponsorship and Commercial Arrangements

Information about sponsorship opportunities may be provided through our website.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, information on our website relating to sponsorship does not constitute a binding sponsorship agreement or contractual offer.

Any sponsorship, advertising, hospitality partnership or other commercial arrangement will be subject to separate written terms agreed between Flightpath Promotions Limited and the relevant business or organisation.

34. Severability

Where possible, the affected provision will apply to the maximum extent legally permitted.
